# Privacy Policy — TypeCrt

TypeCrt is a client-side typing practice application. Your privacy is important to us.

## Data Collection

**TypeCrt does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.**

All data stays on your device.

## What Is Stored Locally

TypeCrt uses your browser's `localStorage` to save:

- **Typing history** — Test results (WPM, accuracy, timestamp)
- **Settings** — Theme preferences, sound settings, caret style
- **Profile data** — Aggregated stats for your profile dashboard

This data never leaves your browser. It is not sent to any server, API, or third party.

## Cookies

TypeCrt does **not** use cookies.

## Third-Party Services

TypeCrt loads the following external resources:

## Data Deletion

To delete all your TypeCrt data, clear your browser's localStorage for the TypeCrt domain, or use your browser's "Clear site data" feature.

We may update this policy as the application evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
